WARRANTY
STEEL CITY CONSTRUCTION CO. provides the following warranty to its customers of Cabinet Restyling.
All door, drawer fronts and other restyling products, excluding countertops, provided by STEEL CITY
CONSTRUCTION CO. are warranted for the lifetime of the cabinets, to which these products are originally
installed, against delamination and surface discoloration.
THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO damage from abuse, misuse and ordinary wear and tear, accident, fire, flood, negligent care
by the homeowner or other external forces and the like.
THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES any hardware, any incidental and consequential damage, including but
not limited to personal injury for breach of any written or implied warranties.
This warranty is NOT transferable, and is for the purchaser of these services only.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM: All claims must be made in writing and must be made promptly after discovery of the claimed defect.
All claims should be mailed to the address listed.
STEEL CITY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY will respond to claims by either
repairing or replacing the defective PRODUCTS at no charge to the customer.
